📋 Description

• Lead the East Cobb, GA outpatient PT clinic team and culture.
• Develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and drive clinic performance.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, patient experience, and staff mentorship.
• Partner with leadership and regional teams to meet clinic goals.
• Provide direct patient care when needed with evidence-based plans.

🎯 Requirements

• DPT or equivalent required; Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (active GA PT license).
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor clinical staff.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
