• Lead design and evolution of clinical analytics platforms and capabilities.
• Partner with clinical, financial, analytics, consulting, and pharmacy leadership for a 360-degree
• Translate clinical concepts and utilization management principles into repeatable analytical
• Standardize how clinical insights are developed, validated, and communicated across teams.
• Develop training programs to strengthen pharmacists’ clinical analytics capabilities.
• Mentor pharmacists and clinical professionals to ensure consistency of practice.
