• Support onboarding of Heidi across new and existing customers.
• Deliver live and asynchronous clinician training.
• Travel to customer sites for rollouts and go-lives.
• Translate clinician workflows into Heidi usage.
• Configure templates and tailor documentation outputs.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, and Engineering.
