📋 Description

• Support standardization of clinical docs, workflows, templates, content.
• Analyze requirements from physicians, nurses, and clinicians.
• Facilitate workshops to identify business needs and improvements.
• Translate clinical requirements into functional/design docs.
• Develop deliverables for clinical documentation and inpatient care.
• Design clinical workflows in CIS/EHR/EMR environments.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare, Business Admin, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Clinical Analyst or similar role.
• At least 5 years in clinical documentation and related analyses.
• 5 years supporting large-scale CIS/EHR transformations.
• Direct experience implementing CIS/EHR at scale.
