Clinical Business Analyst – Clinical Documentation

📋 Description

• Support standardization of clinical docs, workflows, templates, content.
• Gather requirements from physicians, nurses, SMEs, and clinicians.
• Facilitate workshops to identify needs and improvement areas.
• Analyze processes and translate clinical needs into design docs.
• Develop deliverables for clinical documentation and inpatient care.
• Design and implement workflows within CIS, EHR, or EMR systems.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare, Business Admin, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years as Clinical Analyst or similar role.
• At least 5 years in clinical documentation, including requirements gathering, workshops, use cases
• At least 5 years supporting large CIS/EHR transformations or acute-care digital health projects.
• Direct experience implementing CIS/EHR/EMR at scale.
• Proven work on Inpatient Medicine deliverables and acute-care workflows.
