Clinical Care Navigator

📋 Description

• Manage client crises using evidence-based methods with risk assessment.
• Identify roadblocks to care and connect to ideal treatment.
• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.

🎯 Requirements

• MSW with LCSW or equivalent license; or RN.
• 2+ years psychiatric intake/assessment.
• 2+ years post-license; EAP/call center preferred.
• Experience with high-risk situations (suicidality).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Must reside in the United States; no work from outside.
