Clinical Care Navigator - Part Time

📋 Description

• Manage crises with evidence-based methods, including risk assessment and safety planning.
• Connect clients to treatment using Lyra software and other tools.
• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
• Shift: Mon/Fri/Sat 7am-3:30pm PST.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW/licensure required.
• Two years psychiatric intake/assessment RB or related experience.
• Two years post-license experience; EAP/call center preferred.
• Significant experience handling high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Must be a US resident; work cannot be done from outside the US.
