📋 Description

• Provide clinical consulting and subject-matter expertise for medical imaging and medical
• Translate clinical workflows and requirements into effective product solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver training at internal teams and customer sites; support go-live.
• Deliver remote and onsite training; support customer adoption of imaging solutions.
• Provide ongoing application and image-quality support; troubleshoot at product and system levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other professionals to promote efficient system

🎯 Requirements

• 2–10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, healthcare, computer science, PACS
• Medical imaging experience strongly preferred (Radiology or Cardiology).
• Clinical credentials or experience (e.g., RDCS, RVT, RN with cardiac experience, ARRT) preferred.
• Experience with medical imaging workflows, PACS, healthcare software applications, or related
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
