Coordinate CDSO study teams to meet objectives; engage cross-functional teams.
Utilize operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution.
Ensure adherence to GCPs, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs, and local regs.
Coach Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.
Participate in CDSO/ cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred. PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green
3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management or 5+ years PM experience.
Strong understanding of clinical trial process and ability to influence without authority.
Strong communication and analytical skills with leadership ability.
