📋 Description

• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies
• Serves as single point of contact and operational lead from CDSO for assigned studies
• Coordinates CDSO study teams to meet objectives; connects global teams
• Uses operational analytics and tools to optimize program execution
• Tracks study progress and prepares status reports
• Ensures adherence to GCP, ICH Guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and local regs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management or 5+ years PM experience
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and tech
• Proven leadership and ability to influence without authority
• Effective communication and analytical skills
