📋 Description

• Lead CDSO study teams and represent DS on cross-functional study teams.
• Act as operational lead from CDSO for assigned studies; coordinate teams.
• Engage cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
• Use operational analytics and PM tools to optimize execution.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs, and local regs.
• Mentor Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical data experience or 5+ years PM exp.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
