📋 Description

• Lead CDSO study teams; represent DS on cross-functional study teams.
• Coordinate CDSO study teams to meet objectives; engage global teams.
• Influence cross-functional members to achieve program/study goals.
• Use operational analytics and PM tools to optimize study execution.
• Monitor timelines/quality; propose options to address issues.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical data or 5+ years PM experience.
• Strong clinical trial process understanding; end-to-end trial mgmt preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
