📋 Description

• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from CDSO for assigned studies.
• Coordinates CDSO study teams to meet objectives and engages cross-functional teams.
• Uses operational analytics and tools to optimize program execution and track progress.
• Ensures compliance with GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs and local regulations.
• Coaches Data Science Associates and may supervise contract resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred. PMP or Lean Six Sigma desirable.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical data/health care or 5+ years PM experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and technology.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
