• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• Serves as single operational lead from CDSO for assigned programs.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives.
• Utilizes analytics and project management tools to optimize execution.
• Ensures adherence to GCPs, ICH guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs.
• Coaches and mentors team members; leads process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years pharma/clinical research or 10+ years PM experience.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
