📋 Description

• Manage provider and coach assignments based on licensing, guidelines, and care team needs.
• Monitor care team panels for workload balance amid onboarding and attrition.
• Respond to assignment questions from providers, coaches, and stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and quality checks across systems.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and tech teams on automation and workflow enhancements.
