📋 Description

• Oversee CDI operations, enhance documentation quality, and meet metrics.
• Lead CDI program activities: productivity, quality, education, auditing, reporting.
• Collaborate with physicians, HIM, coding, case management, and leadership.
• Support technology optimization and client reporting initiatives.
• Navigate clinical and operational discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to CDI engagements and business development when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current RN, MD, or equivalent physician qualification.
• 7+ years acute care CDI experience.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and CDI best practices.
• Knowledge of DRG methodologies and encoder systems.
