📋 Description

• Develop onboarding classes and simulation labs for new hires.
• Provide educational leadership to enhance patient care per clinical protocols.
• Assist with educational needs and problem resolution across care continuum.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to implement curricula.
• Educate staff on nursing protocols and new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in education programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Associates degree; Bachelor’s preferred
• 5 years in home health or similar setting
• Current CPR certification
• Valid clinical license in practicing state(s)
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
