Clinical Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of clinical education and training programs across
• Assess workflows, identify learning needs, and recommend product configurations aligned with
• Provide hands-on implementation support: pre-planning, clinician education, go-live, and
• Deliver comprehensive training and in-services to clinicians, super-users, end-users, and staff.
• Apply adult-learning principles to assess competency and develop effective educational programs.
• Serve as clinical/technical product expert, helping teams understand technology in resuscitation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Current experience as RN, Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist, or similar clinical professional with
• Clinical education/healthcare training experience strongly preferred.
• Project management experience is an advantage, especially in complex healthcare/tech
• AHA Instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS preferred.
• Ability to educate clinicians effectively and influence practice via evidence-based education.
