Execute clinical lab assays to support diagnosis and care decisions.
Conduct quality control and verify instrument performance.
Support R&D for CLIA tech transfer, troubleshooting, and validations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in chemical, physical, or biological sciences
1-2 years CLS experience in a clinical setting
California CLS license meeting CLIA (42 CFR 493) requirements
Hands-on DNA extraction and PCR experience
Advanced skills in Google Docs, Word, Excel; familiarity with LIMS
Strong attention to detail; able to work under time constraints
