🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, data science, statistics, or related field
• 3+ years in healthcare data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Excel or equivalent tools
• Understanding of healthcare operations and data systems
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Strong written/verbal/presentation skills
