Clinical Program Operations Manager, Therapeutics & Innovation

📋 Description

• Lead operational delivery of oncology trials from startup to database lock
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendor performance, site activation
• Oversee data flow and inspection readiness across teams
• Partner with Medical Affairs and field Medical Science Liaison
• Ensure studies stay on schedule and within scope

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years clinical research exp, 3+ in oncology program management
• Experience with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, trial master file
• Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IRT; PM tools like Smartsheet or MS Project
• Vendor/CRO management and site contract/budget oversight
• Travel up to 25% to sites and meetings
