Clinical Recruiter - Rehabilitation

📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Recruit for clinical/rehabilitation roles in high-volume environment
• Partner with senior leaders to understand department needs and build tailored search strategies
• Enhance candidate experience and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and leverage multiple sources
• Build WelbeHealth’s employment brand across markets and networks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (professional experience may substitute)
• Minimum 3 years full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced setting
• Minimum 2 years recruiting rehab-related roles (PT/OT roles or similar)
• Experience recruiting for clinical/rehabilitation roles in high-volume environments preferred
• Proven ability to source and engage passive rehab talent through multiple channels
• Strong partnership with managers; delivers strategic, customer-focused service
