Advance AbbVie's pipeline through site-focused clinical research work.
Partner with investigators and site staff to drive engagement and trial excellence.
Ensure compliant conduct, data integrity, and patient safety across sites.
Support site evaluation, training, monitoring, and closure activities per SOPs.
Utilize CRM and site insights to measure strategy impact.
Mentor junior CRAs and contribute to global/local initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Health-related degree preferred (Medical, Scientific, Nursing).
Minimum 1 year clinically related experience; 6 months in monitoring.
Familiar with risk-based monitoring, onsite/offsite monitoring.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP guidelines.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and planning skills.
Excellent communication and site relationship abilities.
