📋 Description

• Advance AbbVie’s pipeline in clinical research and drive industry-leading performance.
• Partner with investigators and site staff for effective engagements and data integrity.
• Focus on site conduct, trial safety, and patient experience across regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary site contact, align sites with trial goals and patient treatment principles.
• Monitor site evaluation/training, ensure protocol compliance and GCP adherence.
• Develop site engagement strategy and report progress using CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare/clinical-related qualification (medical, scientific, nursing) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in clinical research coordination or data management preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory/ICH/GCP guidelines and site-based processes.
• Strong planning, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to address site issues and drive protocol compliance.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
