🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 3 years clinically related experience; preference for 2 years in independent monitoring
Teritary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and planning skills.
Experience with risk-based monitoring, site engagement, and recruitment/retention concepts.
