📋 Description

• This position is field based / remote in Southern CA. Candidates must reside in Southern California
• Advance AbbVie's pipeline by striving for excellence in clinical research, turning science into
• Partners with the investigator and site staff for meaningful and effective engagements positioning
• Focus on site clinical research that ensures appropriate conduct of the trial while driving

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree; health related preferred (e.g. Medical
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, with 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Knowledge of therapeutic area indications and regulatory requirements; ICH/GCP knowledge; strong
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities; ability to mentor others.
• Proven ability to manage site relationships, recruitment strategies, data quality, and site risk
