Clinical Research Coordinator

📋 Description

• Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience in clinical research studies
• Ensure patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently with adherence to trial protocols
• Lead enrollment/retention activities and maintain clear communication with sponsors/CROs
• Deliver timely patient and protocol updates to physicians and clinic staff
• Maintain accurate data entry across medical record systems and platforms
• Be the primary point of contact for sponsor and CRO communication onsite and offsite

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in a medical/clinical environment
• Active Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA/CCMA) or nursing license permitting intramuscular injections in
• Preferred: B.S./B.A. and healthcare/patient-facing experience
• Preferred: on-site, customer-facing experience
• Strong problem solving, organization, and proactive mindset
