• Coordinate clinical trial financial activities, budgeting, billing plans, and compliance across
• Review protocols/amendments to identify procedures/services and associated costs for budgeting.
• Collaborate with research teams to determine study requirements and distinguish standard-of-care vs
• Prepare study budgets using internal costs, historical metrics, and sponsor proposals; support
• Maintain sponsor and contracts communication to finalize budgets and reflect terms in agreements.
• Review final agreements to confirm alignment with budgets and billing requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in finance, business management, or related operations.
• Experience reviewing financial information, managing budgets, or coordinating complex processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and use spreadsheets/databases/financial tools.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or regulated environments is a plus.
