📋 Description

• Deliver excellent patient experience across clinics
• Ensure visits align with clinical trial protocols
• Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention
• Guide patients through the clinical trials process and visits
• Enter data timely into required systems
• Maintain clear communication with sponsors and clients

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Active RMA, CCMA, CMA, LPN, or RN certificate
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience with KPIs or performance metrics is a plus
• Onsite Monday-Friday position
• Coffee drinkers preferred
