📋 Description

• Own the Safety Event Front Door: intake, triage, and case management for reported safety events to
• Lead investigations of serious events and assess care attribution to taxonomy
• Drive corrective actions to closure and translate learnings into system improvements
• Own the Clinical Risk Dashboard and analyze trends in events
• Report metrics to leadership and the board; support governance committees
• Build policy and training layers; maintain safety policies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare risk management or patient safety
• Experience in behavioral health settings (outpatient, telehealth, crisis, inpatient)
• Owned event investigation and corrective action with high-volume caseload
• Strong data fluency; define denominators and analyze dashboards
• Ability to drive cross-team corrective actions and present to leaders
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and just culture
