Clinical Safety Associate

📋 Description

• Review and assess clinical safety concerns raised by customers
• Investigate concerns end-to-end: evidence, root causes, findings
• Use AI platforms to investigate and reproduce reported issues
• Own cases through to resolution and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and medical teams
• Template creation, quality assurance and evaluation

• A current clinical registration (e.g. HPCSA or equivalent)
• Patient-facing clinical experience
• A critical thinking mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Clear, confident written communication
