Clinical Sales Executive

📋 Description

• Drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in assigned territory
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary surgical specialties
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
• Help conduct regional Sales and Marketing events to raise system awareness
• Train and develop OR staff in pre, intra, and postoperative system management
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for surgical teams to operate independently

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-10 years prior sales experience in medical devices space
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to travel up to 50%
