Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System
Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary specialties to support robotics programs
Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
Train and develop OR staff in pre, intra and postoperative system management
Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent use
Drive system utilization by collaborating with surgical teams on procedure applications

🎯 Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
4-10 years prior sales experience in medical devices
Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to travel up to 50%
