📋 Description

• Develop strategy with Clinical Sales Manager to drive system utilization
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary specialties
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
• Support regional events for system awareness and adoption
• Train OR staff in pre, intra, and post-operative system management
• Plan da Vinci Surgery program for surgical teams to use system independently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 6-10 years sales experience in medical devices
• High-energy, fast-paced environment adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication
• Team-oriented with ability to travel up to 50%
