🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience in surgical technology sales or 5+ years in clinical sales management.
• Strong understanding of OR environments and clinical workflows.
• Experience with capital equipment sales and complex healthcare purchasing cycles.
• Previous experience managing and developing sales teams within medical devices.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
