• Partner with the COS/CMO to design and execute strategic projects advancing clinical strategy and
• Own delivery of high-visibility, complex initiatives with on-time delivery and priority alignment
• Develop strategic roadmaps via qualitative and quantitative analysis; translate insights into
• Create presentations and deliverables to communicate objectives and progress to leadership
• Design and monitor KPI frameworks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting
• Healthcare, digital health, or adjacent industries with understanding of clinical operations a plus
• Strong analytical, project management, and business development skills; detail-oriented
• Proven track record leading initiatives from conception to delivery; risk and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across levels
• Curiosity and tenacity
