Clinical Support Expert (Aligners)

📋 Description

• Clinical support expert for aligners supporting doctors and teams.
• Handle complex clinical inquiries with escalation to cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate booked calls and advise on practice-level issues.
• Act as liaison between doctors and the lab to translate feedback into orders.
• Lead QA reviews and coach new hires to uphold standards.
• Drive clinical process improvements and maintain knowledge resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in a high-volume lab setting (digital dental labs a plus).
• Minimum 3+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in aligners.
• Strong knowledge of Removables, implants, crowns & bridges, with digital components.
• Customer-facing experience in a lab or dental org.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey clinical feedback clearly.
• Training & coaching experience; SME capability for mentoring.
