Clinical Template Officer

📋 Description

• Review clinical documents and convert examples into Heidi templates.
• Collaborate with Success, Go-To-Market & Medical Knowledge on onboarding templates.
• Participate in template training and education initiatives for Heidi’s users.
• Develop deep understanding of Heidi and client use in clinical practice and workflows.
• Engage with current Heidi users to optimize templates and outputs.
• Provide exceptional customer support by triaging inquiries and resolving issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Early career medical, nursing, allied, mental health, veterinary or dental professionals.
• Non-clinicians will not be considered.
• Quick learner able to work autonomously with accountability.
• Organised with strong time management and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; motivated and curious.
• Experience with Notion, Loom, ChatGPT, Claude or Intercom is a plus.
