Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory
Train to be a da Vinci Surgical System expert across primary specialties
Support region with system utilization, product demos, in-services, and sales activities
Lead technical in-services for customers (OR staff, surgeons, etc.)
Contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations and trainings
Coordinate regional events to raise system awareness and procedure adoption

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience
Fluent in English and local language as required
Ambition, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven team player
