📋 Description

• Develop as a da Vinci Surgery tech and sales expert
• Train across primary surgical specialties in the territory
• Support regional da Vinci systems through demos and in-services
• Balance technical, clinical, and sales responsibilities in first two years
• Lead product demos, in-services, and customer trainings
• Collaborate with local sales teams to drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience
• Fluent in English and local language as required
• Ambitious with strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
