CTA role with Chicago, IL team to learn clinical, technical, and sales aspects.

Assist with surgeon trainings, OR staff engagement, and territory management.
In-service guidance for customers to showcase advanced technology benefits.
Administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or outside sales experience
Willing to travel up to 25%, and work nights/weekends as needed
Ambition, high energy, and strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Team player with proven collaboration abilities
