📋 Description

• CTA is a 24+ month developmental role with Knoxville team
• Partner to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales areas
• Assists sales reps with trainings, robotic development, territory management
• Guides in-services for OR staff, surgeons, etc.
• Sells benefits of advanced tech to robot users to hit quotas
• Learn goal setting, mapping, and prep for quota-bearing role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales
• Travel up to 25%, some nights/weekends
• Ambition, high energy, strong work ethic
• Able to excel in fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication
