Coordinate with third-party vendors and interact with customers

Document and log issues, compliments, and complaints
Guide customers through application flow when needed
Track customer experiences across channels using logs and CRM

🎯 Requirements

Experience coordinating with third-party vendors
Strong front-facing customer service background
Experience closing for loan origination
Document handling, title knowledge; familiarity with loan docs
2+ years in US loan or mortgage account tasks
Excellent written communication and organization

🎁 Benefits
