Cloud Architect - Managed Services

📋 Description

• Coordinate services functions and client experience across service lines
• Sync with peer Architects to align on technical solutions and collaboration
• Act as SME to support presales and delivery alignment on solution definition
• Coach team members in a player-coach model to upskill
• Build relationships with Sales, Clients, and MSFT
• Help drive billable targets by removing project blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in tech roles across engineering, operations, and support
• Led delivery oversight on multiple client engagements with consultative skills
• Azure experience and certification (Compute, Network, Storage, WVD)
• Infra deployment via Azure Portal or IaC; scripting and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Cost, Security, and Compliance in Public Cloud
• Knowledge of Policy, Cost Management and Monitor/Log Analytics in Azure
