📋 Description

• Act as trusted advisor on email flows, migrations, security, and user mgmt
• Create and deliver best practices, tutorials, samples, and presentations
• Support sales as the technical expert on customer calls
• Communicate effectively via video meetings, reviews, and onsite delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years as core IT admin (user lifecycle, security, device management)
• Google Workspace administration experience
• O365/Azure administration experience
• 2 years of customer support experience
• Change management project experience
• Scripting with Google Workspace API or PowerShell
