📋 Description

• Provide first-level technical support to application teams via ServiceNow for Databricks and
• Onboard new Data Landing Zones (DLZs) by gathering and analyzing technical requirements.
• Execute pipelines, scripts, and automated processes to provision/modify Azure and Databricks
• Support deployment of Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure onboarding success.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on Databricks experience in technical/operational roles.
• 1–3 years with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience in application support, technical operations, or cloud support.
• Familiarity with major clouds; Azure preferred; AWS/GCP a plus.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for source control.
• Knowledge of Databricks Unity Catalog, RBAC, authentication, Delta Sharing is desirable.
