Cloud Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide first-level technical support via ServiceNow for Databricks and cloud requests.
• Gather and analyze requirements for onboarding Data Landing Zones (DLZs).
• Execute pipelines, scripts to provision/modify Azure and Databricks resources.
• Support deployment of Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Identify repetitive activities and automate to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years with Databricks in a technical/operational role.
• 1–3 years with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience in application support, technical operations, or cloud support.
• Familiarity with major clouds; Azure preferred; AWS/GCP a plus.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Understanding of Unity Catalog, RBAC, authentication, Delta Sharing is desirable.
