Cloud IT Specialist

📋 Description

• Support cloud-based IT operations and IT service delivery.
• Handle basic IT tasks and ITSM configuration, asset and license management.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support across PH and US teams.
• Design, implement, and improve automations and processes.
• Manage ITSM integrations and automations between systems.
• Manage device enrollment, security, and app updates with Intune.

🎯 Requirements

• Outgoing and personable with strong customer service skills.
• Strong English skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
• Located in Philippines.
• Willingness to work night shift.
• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Workspace Admin) preferred, not required.
