Cloud Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the IT operations team, establishing clear processes.
• Own and grow AWS environment with patterns, cost optimization, security, DR.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for infra and apps.
• Build operational maturity via docs, runbooks, change mgmt, incident response.
• Partner with engineering to deliver fast, safe deployments with reliability.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems; implement preventive measures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years AWS expertise (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Fargate, IAM, IaC)
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI
• People Management: Coaching and developing engineers
• Process Orientation: Documentation standards, change mgmt, on-call
• Security & Compliance: Cloud security, IAM, SOC 2, IaC
• Communication: Clear explanations to engineers and stakeholders
