Cloud Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Senior IC role in Cloud Support for AlphaSense’s AI-driven market intelligence platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across private cloud, search infra, APIs, and agentic systems.
• Ensure smooth deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization for customer solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Support, and Customer Education teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in technical support, IT, or cloud operations.
• Proficiency with CLI tools (kubectl, awscli) and scripting (Python, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of GraphQL, REST APIs, and MCP troubleshooting.
• Experience connecting LLMs to external tools and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with alerting/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, FireHydrant).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to customers; runbooks and knowledge sharing.
